NTs CPD a pain?
We can come out to your site once a year for a day and guide your NTs with their CPD to ensure that your NTs pass and that their MTS tracking data is correctly updated. Contact us for more information.
Opening a new or transferring an existing station?
Need some help – our staff can help you with the VT1 application and we can work with your solicitor or recommend a solicitor familiar with the process to help smooth the process.
Upgrading to a connected site?
Worried about the tech, need help understanding what’s involved? – We have extensive IT knowledge and experience and run our own two MOT stations testing more than 3,500 vehicles between them. We have a connected and a legacy site, we understand non-standard authorisations and how to keep them running through a transfer.
Need help with the other aspects of running a station?
We have a “Station in a folder” approach to our station management. Based on printable sheets, we can assemble a folder for you to maintain your station in such a way that any visiting VE can readily find what they are looking for, lowering your tester’s and site managers anxiety when the VE pops in.
Want to stay ahead of the VE site inspections?
We can visit periodically to inspect your station and provide a written report on our findings. We can coach your testers and site managers to help prevent common issues recurring.
Want to take the strain of calibration planning off your plate?
In addition to the “Station in a folder” service, we can keep an eye on your calibrations, maintaining them on line in MOTLogs.com, and we can deal with the scheduling of your calibrations service providers, to ensure you don’t miss your calibrations
Want assistance with advertising campaigns?
We can pull the data from the test log for you station for the previous 12 months, and cross reference DVSA actual MOT expiration, providing you a list of all MOTs expiring in the coming 4 weeks, we don’t have the contact details, but the list will always be up to date
Don’t want to run with the crowd?
We are familiar with operating SaaS in highly sensitive environments, if you want your own bespoke service, dedicated hardware, databases etc. just ask. We can price for a bespoke service depending on the number of stations you want in your own service and what level of support you want from us.
